The sky's the limit

When I first started BRYCE, I found the easiest thing to start with was a simple sphere. And then experiment with textures, sizes and angles. After experimenting with the textures a little bit I formed the sphere into an oval like shape. After that I put a cloud texture on it - henceforth making the sphere look like a cloud. I didn't know how to make trees that well, so I thought I'd throw a tree in the picture. I made a normal sized tree with a bunch of reddish type leaves and planted it in the middle of the cloud. After that my mind started going wild with ideas. I thought, what if I put lightning under it, or what if I put the cloud above an ocean? But, I was just beginning and didn't know how to do any of those things at the time. But, the sky's the limit with BRYCE.
